While it was born from a post-match attack from behind by Shimbashi weeks earlier, "The Canadian Dragon" promised Drake Durden their bout at Fight to Unite would be clean. Things between the wrestlers hadn't been cordial, but their managers for the night were there for friendly competition. The seven-foot Durden was accompanied by members of KBTX's evening team, and Shimbashi was supported by some of station's morning crew.
